About Me!
My yoga journey began in 2014 while I was at university. I was struggling with my mental health and a friend recommended yoga as a way to help.
It helped a lot and online yoga classes became a lifeline.


Yoga continued to be part of my life as I travelled after university and eventually settled in London where (post covid) I joined a studio and became hooked!
In 2023 I went through a massive life shift and turned to wellness, self-development and yoga in a big way. At this point yoga became a spiritual practice to me and I delved even deeper into my practice.


My life in London didn't fit me anymore so I quit my job, booked my Yoga Teacher Training in India and booked a one way ticket.
At the end of teaching my first yoga class (for our exam), I cried: I had found something that I loved and it felt so good!!!
I'm teaching online as I continue to travel and deepen my personal practice. I will be moving back to Bristol in the summer where I plan to teach in person and start running retreats!
I want to share the great benefits that Yoga has had on my life, physically, mentally and spiritually.
